Rick began his career in the banking industry in 1987 in the Credit Administration Department. With his dedication to his trade, Rick quickly developed the skills needed to advance within the industry and has held the positions of Credit Analyst, Loan Review, Branch Manager, and Commercial Lending. Rick joined Liberty National Bank in 2006 as Chief Lending Officer, became President in 2009, then Chief Executive Officer in 2013.During his career, Rick worked primarily with commercial customers helping them to achieve their goals with commercial loans, deposit accounts and other solutions regarding many aspects of Treasury Management. Rick states that the most gratifying aspect of banking is listening to a customer’s needs and finding a solution that meets that need whether it be a loan, deposit product or any other banking service. Rick has been honored to serve his community over the years. He has had the privilege of being involved with AMBUCS, Leadership Programs Great Plains Technology Center Foundation and the Lawton Ft. Sill Chamber of Commerce. He currently serves on the Comanche County Memorial Hospital Foundation, Chairman for the Oklahoma Bankers Association and Chairman of the Government Relations Council for the OBA.
Rick graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. His banking education includes the American Bankers Association Commercial Lending and Graduate Commercial Lending School.

Taylor began his banking career in 2012 upon graduating from college. He began as a managementtrainee with Liberty National Bank and has worked within several departments including operations, credit analysis, and loan review. In 2017, he was promoted to Assistant Vice President and began focusing his efforts toward bank and regulatory accounting, investments, and interest rate risk management. Upon his success in these roles, he was promoted in 2018 to Vice President where he served as a lender and further enhanced his skills. In 2019, Taylor was promoted to Chief Operating Officer after spending the previous seven years obtaining a diverse background in bank operations. Today, Taylor currently performs the role of Chief Banking Officer where he is responsible for strategic planning and banking operations. As the CBO, he oversaw several areas of the bank that include: Operations, Internal Audit, Marketing, Retail Sales, Human Resources, and Treasury Management. Taylor prides himself on driving a customer-focused culture with strong collaboration and cross-departmental relationships. This includes leading efficient, sustainable, and scalable business processes that enhance and continue to elevate the bank's organizational culture.
Taylor believes in being of service to the local community and state. He currently serves as Vice
President for the Elgin School Education Foundation and Leadership Lawton Ft. Sill. In August 2020,
Governor Kevin Stitt appointed Taylor to the Oklahoma Accountancy Board. He also served on the
Lawton Public School Foundation Board from 2017-2022.
Taylor graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. In 2018, he was selected for the Oklahoma Bankers Association Emerging Leaders Academy, from which he graduated. He was honored for being selected as a member of the ICBA's 40 Under 40: Emerging Community Bank Leaders in 2021. Taylor attended the ABA Commercial Lending School and is a SWGSB Certified Community Bank Director. Furthering his commitment to his trade, in 2022, he graduated from the Sales and Marketing School at the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. In 2023, he graduated from the Executive Development Institute at the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Taylor was also elected as a member of the Elgin School Board in 2024.
Most importantly, Taylor is a proud husband and the father of two sons and one daughter.

Priscilla joined Liberty National Bank in April 2016 as Vice President/Controller and was named SeniorVice President/Chief Financial Officer in October 2019. Prior to joining the bank, Priscilla worked primarily
in the energy industry serving various roles within Halliburton Energy Services and as Controller for Flotek
Industries.
Priscilla is a Senior Accounting and Controls Executive with diverse experience in finance including
reporting, analysis and budgeting, internal controls and governance, and internal auditing.
Priscilla received her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma and is an alumna of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado.

Chris has a long career in the financial industry, spanning almost 35 years. He joined Liberty NationalBank in 2012 as the Chief Lending Officer. Because of his vast experience in the banking industry having
served as a Regional President previously, he was very well qualified to take on this leadership role.
Chris also chairs the Loan Committee, Credit Risk Committee, and Executive Loan Committee, as well as
serving on the ALCO and Executive committees. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors
since 2012.
Chris has been very involved with the financial industry over the years having served on the Board of
Directors of the Oklahoma Bankers Association Lending School and Commercial Lending School in
addition to other committees. He also currently serves on the Pac and Legislative Committee of the
CBAO and chairs the Rural Oklahoma Leaders Alliance.
Chris resides in Duncan and has served on the Duncan Public Schools Foundation Board, United Way of Southwest Oklahoma Board, March of Dimes past chairman, a member of the Duncan Area Economic
Foundation, and a Chamber of Commerce Ambassador.
Chris graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a BBA in Finance. He also attended the Graduate
School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University.

Brian has a long career in the banking industry, spanning almost 30 years. Having started as a teller in 1991, Brian discovered his passion for helping customers and that passion led to promotions throughout the years—Branch Manager, Lawton Regional Manager, and Market President. Brian wanted to get back to his main love of being able to help a business grow and joined Liberty National Bank in December 2018 as a Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer.Another passion of Brian's is his community where he exemplifies a philosophy built through trust and hard work. His commitment to the community shows through his efforts with the United Way, Lawton Fort Sill Economic Development Corporation and the Lawton Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce where he served as a board member in the capacity of vice president of member services and later as the organization's chairman. He remains actively involved in chamber events. He also serves as a Trustee for FIRES Innovation, Science and Technology Accelerator (FISTA) and Chairman for the Lawton Youth Sports Authority.
In addition, Brian is committed to education having served on the Lawton Public School Foundation as past president and treasurer, as well as president of the Cameron University Foundation.
Brian graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1991. He is also a 2006 graduate of the ABA Commercial Lending School.

Troy began his banking career in 2014 upon completion of college. He began as a teller and customer service representative before moving into a lending and management role.Troy joined Liberty National Bank in May 2015 at the Lawton location as a Credit Analyst before moving to the Blanchard location as an AVP/Commercial Lender a year later. Due to his excellent performance in Blanchard, he was promoted to Vice President and moved to the Chickasha location in 2019 and two years later he was promoted to Senior Vice President. Troy states that the experience he gained while learning the different departments has proved invaluable as he truly understands the intricacies that each department faces daily.
Just like Liberty National Bank, Troy believes in strong communities and that volunteering can create a better existence for us all. He is currently serving as Treasurer for the Chickasha Chamber of Commerce Board and sits on the Executive Committee. He just completed a four-year term with the Pioneer Library System Foundation Board where he served as President, Treasurer, and Finance Committee Chair. He has also served for three years on the Blanchard Education Foundation and as the President and Treasurer for the Blanchard Chamber of Commerce.
Troy has a BBA in Business Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He is currently enrolled in the graduate program at the Southwestern School of Banking at SMU in Dallas with a target graduation date in the Spring of 2023. Troy is also an honorary graduate of the Instituto Tecnològico Latinoamericano located in Pachuca, Mexico. His time abroad allowed him to master his Spanish language abilities and truly know and understand the Spanish culture.

Don’s career in the financial industry began in 1989 where he originated consumer loans and managed a loan portfolio for Avco Financial. Over the course of the next 33 years, Don’s abilities to provide excellent service allowed him to serve as a commercial loan officer and Vice President at Friendly Bank, Republic Bank of Norman, and Guaranty Bank. He and his wife, Stacey have been married for 31 years and they have two children, Blake and Mackenzie, He and his wife have been married for 33 years and they have two children who are both graduates of the University of Oklahoma.

Landry’s banking career spans 15+ years in the DFW market. He began his career as a credit analyst andworked his way up through the ranks. Landry enjoys all aspects of banking but especially enjoys getting

him to provide a turnkey experience to his customers from deposit needs, real estate loans, equipment
loans, aviation loans, and commercial lines of credit.
In his spare time, Landry loves to do his civic duty. He is involved with the Frisco Chamber of Commerce,

Amanda joined the team of Liberty National Bank in 1997 as a teller at the Elgin location. It soon becameobvious that Amanda’s skillset was advantageous to our customers and well-deserved promotions were
in her future. She has since served in several roles within the organization including Teller Supervisor,
Customer Service Representative, Loan Assistant, Assistant Branch Manager, Consumer Lender, and
Retail Banking Manager.
With her various roles, she has had the opportunity to work on special projects throughout the bank—
website design, bank conversions, product and service deployments, policies and procedures to name a
few.
Because of her vast amount of experience within all aspects of the banking industry she was well
qualified to become the Treasury Management Director in 2019. With this role, she will be applying all of her previous experiences to help customers create the best plan that fits their specific needs and help
them protect and grow their money.
Amanda graduated with Honors from the Oklahoma Banker’s Association Operations School in 2010.
She also serves on the Board for the Great Plains Technology Center. In her spare time, she is actively
involved with the Elgin Rodeo Association and a member of the local Association of Financial

Michael started his banking career in 2001 during his last semester of college as a part-time teller atArvest Bank. He joined LNB in 2013 as a Credit Analyst and became the Chief Credit Officer in 2017.
Michael also worked as a Credit Analyst for First National Bank & Trust Co. from 2010 to 2013 and City
National Bank & Trust from 2001 to 2010.
Michael has been married to his college sweetheart for 20-plus years, and they share three wonderful
children together.
Michael graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Business Administration. He has also attended ICBA Credit Analyst Institute and OBA Compliance School. He became Valuant CECL Certified in 2022.

Austin joined Liberty National Bank in 2020. He has worked in the banking industry since 2009 and has experienced a wide variety of functions to include: launching multiple nation-wide digital-only banks, mergers & acquisitions, operations management, project management, and process improvement. His responsibilities include oversight of several key operational areas of LNB and the deployment of digital technologies, to ensure the bank’s strategy is achieved and our customers are best served.Prior to entering the banking industry, Austin began his career as an Officer in the United States Air Force. Upon leaving the Air Force, he worked as a management and process consultant in the financial and retail industries.
Austin has an MBA and a BS in Management Information Systems from Oklahoma State University, a MS in Aerospace Administration from S.E. Oklahoma State University and is also a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking from the University of Pennsylvania.

Before joining LNB, she spent a decade in the Western Sports Industry as the Director of Communications for American Bucking Bull Inc. from 2018 to 2022 and the Senior Public Relations Manager of Professional Bull Riders from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that, she worked in baseball from 2009 to 2012 holding different positions in marketing, public relations and creative services.Outside of work, Jordan enjoys spending time with her husband, their three boys, and other family and friends. She loves hiking and being outdoors. She is also a part of her church’s worship team and volunteers at the local animal shelter.

Courtney began her banking career in 2003, having started as a part time teller while attending college. Upon completing her education, she found that she loved the banking industry and decided to make it her lifetime career. Over the years, she has had the opportunity to serve as a Teller Supervisor, New Accounts Specialist and Branch Manager.Courtney joined the Liberty National Bank team in 2019 as the Retail Operations Coordinator to help oversee the daily functions of the Teller and New Account departments. In 2021, she transitioned into the Human Resources department serving as the HR Manager. Upon her success in this role, she was promoted to Human Resources Director where she is currently serving today.
Courtney holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Cameron University with a minor in Business Management. She has also attended the GSB Human Resource Management School at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Courtney is a proud member of Leadership Lawton Class of XXXI.

Renee began her banking career in November of 1987 before joining Liberty National Bank in 2014. Prior to LNB, she has been a drive-in teller, part of the New Accounts Department and was then promoted to BSA Officer and oversaw the Operation Compliance side of the bank. In addition to that, she was the Teller Supervisor as well as the backup for the Trust Department and Accounts Payable Department. Once joining LNB, Renee was to review CIP on all new accounts while maintaining her position as BSA Officer.Renee enjoys what she does and finds it very rewarding. There is never a dull moment! She is always trying to stay on top of the latest regulations to keep LNB in compliance with the latest requirements. She is a proud team member and really enjoys working for the bank!
Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She also obtained her BSA/AML Certified Business Analysis Professional Certification through ICBA.
Outside of work, Renee spends time with her family, working out with her husband, traveling, going to the movies, and watching Hallmark shows on television.

Cathy’s longevity in the financial industry spans almost 40 years of service and joined Liberty National Bank in 2019 as a Sales Manager. Prior to LNB, Cathy held a variety of positions during her years in the industry. Upon graduation from college, she began in the Consumer Loan Department and later moved to a Mortgage Lending Originator. Because of her excellent customer service skills in new account sales, she became a Branch Manager in 2000 and then an Area Sales Manager in 2008.Cathy enjoys the outdoors and is an avid sports fan of Oklahoma University and Oklahoma City Thunder but also enjoys watching golf. On Sundays, you will find her at Geronimo Baptist Church where she teaches an adult Sunday School class and is a music leader for the praise team.
Cathy graduated from Cameron University and has had the opportunity to attend many leadership courses and seminars during her long career in banking.

Tiffany began her career with LNB in May 2015 having started as a part-time teller. With her excellentabilities to exceed in this position she was promoted to a full-time Vault Teller later that same year. Again,

This role allows her to work behind the scenes to ensure online services fulfill our customers’ needs as well as having the opportunity to work face-to-face providing support for LNB Business Online customers utilizing Cash Management services.Alaina graduated from Walters High School and Red River Technology Center in Duncan. She has also had the opportunity, over the years, to attend numerous classes and seminars to build upon her team building, relationship building and customer service responsibilities.

Makenzie joined the Liberty National Bank team in 2022 following a successful six-year career in media. Her skills easily transferred to the banking industry where she thrives on helping customers reach their goals.Makenzie believes in giving back to her community as well. She serves as a subcommittee member for the Lawton Youth Sports Authority, a Comanche County Young Farmers & Ranchers committee member and was recently elected to join the Lawton Public School Foundation Board. She also volunteers each year as a rodeo reporter for the Lawton Rangers during their annual rodeo event. She was honored in 2022 by being featured as a 12:10 to the Top recipient for the Southwest Ledger.
Makenzie is a Cameron University graduate where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication while also playing on the softball team. She is a graduate of the 2022 Basic Banking School where she was one of the top five highest scores in the class.

Casey joined Liberty National Bank in 2023 as an SVP / Loan Officer. He started his banking career right out of college as a Loan Officer, before moving into an Executive Vice President/Branch Manager role that he held for the past 20 years. This Elgin native specializes in agriculture lending, consumer lending and construction lending, but is eager to assist any way that he can.Casey grew up on a small family farm in the Elgin area where he has lived his entire life. He has continued his passion for the agriculture industry, in which he currently raises and sells club calves and club lambs.
He is a board member of the Comanche County Saddle and Sirloin Club, involved in the fundraising and general functions of the Comanche County Stock Show. He is actively involved with his daughter’s club lamb/show program and with his son’s sports. He is also an active member of First Assembly of Lawton.

Cody will serve as a Loan Officer for Liberty National Bank’s Elgin location. Cody began his working career while in middle school working large animals at a veterinary clinic in Porter Hill. Upon graduating college, he taught Special Education and was a football and baseball coach for Eisenhower Middle School. Deciding to venture out, Cody transitioned into the business world by owning and supervising two apartment complexes prior to joining LNB. With his diverse background in agriculture, construction, real estate and education he is a natural fit for the LNB lending team.Cody serves on the Board for the Camp Shout Out organization. He is also very involved in his church. He has served as a youth pastor and enjoys preaching upon occasion. He also loves spending time with his wife and three children.

Bridgett’s career with LNB began in 2005 as a Teller. Because of her excellent customer service skills and outgoing personality, she was promoted to Teller Supervisor and later a Customer Service Representative. She also began her training program to become the Branch Operations Manager at the Elgin location where she still currently serves.Bridgett loves working with customers whether it is opening accounts, helping them with a CD or just problem solving a customer’s needs. She is also the bank’s Guru for everything IRA related. She has a tendency to go above and beyond for her customers and treat them how she would want to be treated.
Bridgett is a member of the Fletcher First Baptist Church and likes to be involved whenever she can. She also loves spending time with her family playing games and just socializing.

Monte started his banking career with LNB in 2021 after a successful 18-year career in television. He began his Loan Officer path by going through the LNB training program. This started with a Credit Analyst position where he learned the principles of lending and financial analysis. It also gave him the opportunity to work with other Loan Officers in preparing commercial and consumer credit memos, reviewing appraisals, draw requests and borrowing bases. With his successful completion of the program, he has moved into the ultimate goal of Loan Officer at our Gore location.Monte is committed to the community he serves. He is the past president and current member of the Walters Rotary Club, member and newsletter editor for Great Plains AMBUCS in Lawton, board member for the Lawton-Fort Sill Chamber of Commerce and Lawton Arts for All. Amanda began her career at Liberty National Bank in 2002, then Bank of Elgin, as a teller while continuing her education. Because of her excellent abilities, she was quickly promoted to a Customer Service Representative and then to a Loan Administrative Assistant in 2004. The loan process quickly became her passion as she saw the opportunity to help people realize their dream. She currently serves as Vice President/Loan Officer with the majority of her portfolio in commercial lending.Amanda states that she very much enjoys commercial real estate and home construction, both SPEC and Custom. Whether it is the launch of a project or the completion, she revels in all aspects to help alleviate the stress that comes with making a vision, reality.

Britni started her career with Liberty National Bank as a teller in 2006 while attending college. Because of her excellent abilities with customers, she was promoted to a loan assistant in 2011. She was then promoted to Mortgage Loan Originator in 2016 and later to a Mortgage Officer in 2019.Britni has dedicated her time and efforts to ensure Liberty National Bank offers the best in customer service and satisfaction with regards to home mortgage lending. She specializes in one-to-four family consumer real estate loans that are serviced in-house at LNB. This includes primary residence loans, purchase and rehabilitation, HELOC’s and cash out refinances. She is dedicated to helping borrowers build or purchase their dream homes.
Britni was born and raised in Lawton and loves to give back to the community whenever possible. She is a strong supporter of Spirit of Survival and the United Way.
Britni graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a Master of Science in Behavioral Science. She continues to attend bank schools and seminars to maintain regulatory compliance in consumer real estate lending.

Dallas has worked in different aspects of the work industry including water well service, gas and oil production, and construction before joining Liberty National Bank in 2021. He entered the banking industry as a Credit Analyst where he learned the fundamental aspects of loan processing. Because of his well-rounded background and logistical and operational insight, he thrived in helping structure financial solutions. Upon his drive and success as a Credit Analyst he was promoted to a Loan Officer position in 2023.Dallas specializes in building and growing relationships. Tye began his banking career in 2008 with a community bank in the Oklahoma Panhandle where he was the Branch Manager before moving to Liberty National Bank in 2016.Tye was raised on a small family ranch in West Texas where his family operated a commercial cow/calf herd and owned a small irrigated and dryland farm where they developed replacement heifers and ran seasonal cattle. He continues that tradition today in Southwest Oklahoma.
Tye has always been a strong advocate of education and community service, which continues today with his position on Agriculture Advisory Boards and supports work with local universities and extension groups. He enjoys working with producers that range from first generation start-ups to some of the largest diverse producers in the country.
