What is my balance?

There are a few ways you can check your balance.

Download the myLiberty App. Below is our convenient QR code for either the Personal App or the Business App. Once your App downloads click on the Enroll Now button and go through the set up steps. You can also view our video tutorial here for more information.
Sign up for Online Banking. Go to WeAreLiberty.Bank and click on the red Online Banking button. Select Personal or Business banking. Click on Enroll and start your set up. Once complete you will have access to many features to make your banking life easier, including your balance. You can also watch our online tutorial here to learn more.
If you don't have access to a computer, Touch Tone Teller is a quick, convenient way to check your balance. Just call 855.492.6448 and follow the prompts.

What Checks Have Cleared My Account?

Sign in to your Online Banking Account. If you do not have one set up already, please refer to our FAQ titled "How do I sign up for an online banking account." Once you are signed in, you will be able to view all of your accounts. By clicking on the one you want to see you will be able to view all of your activity.

How does ICS and CDARS work?

In order to utilize Zelle you must first have signed up for an Online Account and accepted the terms and conditions. See our FAQ titled "How do I sign up for an Online Banking Account" for help on this.

What is the bank's routing number and my account number?

The Liberty National Bank's routing number is 103107392. Your account number can easily be found on your checks, see example below. If you do not have checks and have not signed up for Online Banking or our mobile app, please give us a call at 855.351.2265 and we can assist you.

How Do I Reset My Password?

You can reset your password from either your Online Banking account at WeAreLiberty.Bank or through the myLiberty Mobile App.

Online Banking - sign in to your account on the WeAreLiberty.Bank homepage. If you forgot your password, there is an option to have it reset. If you just want to change it, once you have signed in, go to the profile tab (in the upper right corner) and you will find the option to edit your password.
From your myLiberty mobile app, go to the more tab (bottom right corner) and under Settings, you will find the option to change your password. You will need to know your previous password in order to change it this way.

Where Can I Update My Phone Number And Email?

You can update your information by logging in to your Online Banking account. Once logged in go to the Profile tab in the upper right corner. From there you will go to edit options to update your email and phone numbers.

What Is Wallet Pay and How Does It Work?

Wallet Pay is a simple and safe way to pay using a digital version of your debit or credit card that is stored in a Digital Wallet on your mobile device. A digital version of your card can be stored in a Digital Wallet, just like a physical card is typically stored in a physical wallet. Popular Digital Wallets include Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Google Pay. Additionally, many Digital Wallets provide extra protections to help safeguard your information. Reference the following two videos for additional Wallet Pay information and instructions on how to add your card to a Digital Wallet.

How Do I Sign Up For E-Statements?

e-Statement is a safe and secure way to view your monthly statements. Sign in to your Online Banking account at WeAreLiberty.Bank. Once there go to the Profile tab in the upper right corner. You will now see the option to edit Electronic Statements and have the opportunity to change to e-Statements. How Do I Sign Up For An Online Banking Account?

Once you have opened an account with Liberty National Bank you will want to set up your Online Banking account. It's like having a branch wherever you are. Fast, convenient and secure all day, every day. This is where you can check your balance, review past transactions, transfer money, pay fills and set alerts. Go to WeAreLiberty.Bank and click on the red Online Banking button. Select Personal or Business banking. Click on Enroll and start your set up. Once complete you will have access to many features to make your banking life easier, including your balance.

I have lost my card or it's been stolen so now what?

If it is during normal business hours call us at 855.351.2265 and one of our customer Service Representatives will assist you. If it is after hours or on the weekend, please call 800.554.8969 for our automated assistance.

How do I sign up for my classic club benefits?

If you have opened a Classic Club checking account you are eligible to receive additional benefits that come with the account. You should have received a Membership ID and Login number when you opened your account. You will need these numbers the first time you register at memberbenefitpackage.com. Simply fill out the information requested to register. If you have questions please let us know.

What and how do I use a contactless card?

Your debit card will soon be equipped with the latest contactless chip technology! No need to insert your card in the terminal and wait for approval - just tap to pay. This saves time at the checkout, provides enhanced security for your card information and no-touch transactions. You will just need to hold your debit card 1-2 inches from the terminal and your information will be read and processed. Look for the contactless symbol on the merchant's terminal to see if they can accept this new technology.

How do I raise my daily debit card limit?

We understand that sometimes customers have a need to increase their debit limits for a specific purchase or otherwise. To request temporary changes to your card limits, please call us at 855-351-2265 or visit your closest LNB location.

LNB debit cards include the following stand daily limits:

ATM - $750.00
PIN Point of Sale - $2,500

Additional round up information

Who is eligible for Round Up? To participate in Round Up, you’ll need a personal checking account with a debit card and a savings account.
How do I enroll in Round Up? Give us a call at 855-351-2265, or stop by one of our convenient locations.
Is there a fee to use Round Up? No, there is no charge to use it.
Can I have multiple checking accounts linked to the same savings account number? Yes.
Does the receiving account (account receiving the Round Up transfer) have to be a Savings Account? Yes.
When do the Round Up transfers occur? Transfers occur the same business day that the transaction displays in the ‘Posted’ section of Online or Mobile Banking.
How will the Round Up transactions appear on my statement?
- The Checking Account transaction will appear as a Withdrawal with the description “Round Up to Savings”.
- The Savings Account transaction will appear as a Deposit with the description “Round Up from Checking”.
Will the transfer to the Savings Account count towards my Kasasa point-of-sale transactions to qualify for rewards? No.
Will the transfer to the Savings Account count towards the transaction count which can cause a service fee? No.
Will Round Up overdraw my account if I have a low balance? No, the transfer will not initiate for any amount if it will make the account go to a zero or negative balance.
