Britni graduated from Cameron University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and a Master of Science in Behavioral Science. She continues to attend bank schools and seminars to maintain regulatory compliance in consumer real estate lending.

Britni started her career with Liberty National Bank as a teller in 2006 while attending college. Because of her excellent abilities with customers, she was promoted to a loan assistant in 2011.
